TERMS & CONDITIONS – NFT MINTING

 

1. NFT PURCHASE TERMS
Purchase Process

• NFTs are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
• Payment in POL cryptocurrency on Polygon network
• Maximum 15 NFTs per wallet address
• Maximum 3 NFTs per transaction

Pricing

• Fixed price: 80 POL per NFT
• Prices are final and non-negotiable
• Gas fees are additional and paid by buyer

 

2. WHAT YOU’RE BUYING
Digital Ownership

• You own the NFT token, not the underlying artwork copyright
• Personal, non-commercial use of your NFT image
• Right to display, sell, or transfer your NFT
• No commercial licensing rights included

Artwork Rights

• Copyright remains with Bonaria Staffetta
• Trademark “Good Little Devils” is protected
• No reproduction for commercial purposes

 

3. TECHNICAL RISKS
Blockchain Technology

• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• Smart contract bugs may occur (rare but possible)
• Network congestion may delay transactions
• We are not responsible for blockchain-related issues

 

4. REFUND POLICY
Eligible Cases for Resolution

1. Smart Contract Error Preventing NFT Delivery:

• • Artist will manually transfer equivalent NFTs from personal collection
  • No monetary refund required
  • Resolution within 7 business days

2. Double Charging Due to Technical Issues:

• Refund of excess payment in POL to original wallet
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Gas fees are non-refundable

Non-Eligible Cases

• User error (wrong wallet, insufficient gas)
• Network congestion delays
• Change of mind after successful mint
• Market price fluctuations

 

5. DISCLAIMER
No Guarantees

• NFTs sold “as is” without warranties
• No guaranteed future value or utility
• Project roadmap subject to change
